Answer

Digital format: The ASTM Digital Library provides full-text online access to all active ASTM standards; standards can be searched (by keyword or standard number) or browsed (by interest area, techical committee, or alphanumerically).

Print format: The 2008 and 2010 editions of the standards reside in the Science and Engineering Library Indexes and Abstracts area on the first floor, shelved as "Annual Book of ASTM Standards". Earlier years of the standards can be found on the 4th floor of the Science and Engineering Library shelved as “American Society for Testing Materials, Standards”.
