I got an email saying that I didn't return a book when I actually did. this is not the first time this happens and its getting very upsetting
I dont know why but I always get n email back sayin Idont return thins when i always do
Whether its books, markers, etc.
The email I got is saying I would be fined if I don't return the book, so please fix this issue as soon as possible.
The book is lab investigations in anatomy and physiology by author stephan

I have located the book, checked the item in, and waived any fees associated to the rental.
I will discuss best practices with my team regarding checking in items as they are returned and, if they can't check in items immediately, making sure that items are backdated so no late fees are accrued.
