Answer

Checking the status of your ILL request is quite simple. In fact you may check via My Library Account or ILLIAD

  • Logon to ILLiad using your Access ID and Blackboard/Pipeline password. Outstanding Requests is the default homepage. Under the lefthand column “View”, click the "Electronically Received Requests" and then on the PDF icon next to the title you are interested in viewing.
  • Also, under "View Items", click on 'Outstanding'.  This will show the status of requests that have not yet been sent.  For the meaning of the statuses, please click this link.
  • The status of books requested through Interlibrary can be viewed in the same way.
