How do I check the status of my Interlibrary Loan request?

Answer

Checking the status of your ILL request is quite simple. In fact you may check via My Library Account or ILLIAD

  • Logon to ILLiad using your Access ID and password. On the left side of the screen, under the "View" heading, select "Outstanding Requests." This will show pending requests. 
  • If your request is not shown here, check the "Cancelled Request" tab to be certain it hasn't been cancelled.
  • If what you have requested is an article, you can check the "Electronically Recieved Articles" tab.

The status of books requested through interlibrary loan may be viewed in the same way.
