Why did I get an e-mail saying that the due date on one of my books has been shortened?

Answer

Unfortunately, another patron has recalled the item (that is, they want the book before it was initially due).  Also unfortunately, if you do not return the book by the new due date, you will be charged $1 per day overdue fees.
