Answer

Books checked out from the Wayne State Libraries or through MeL (Michigan e-Library) can be renewed by logging onto your library account at https://elibrary.wayne.edu/patroninfo or by clicking the "My library account" link under the search box on the library's homepage.  Once you've logged on, click on the box that says "Items currently checked out."  Check the boxes next to the items you want to renew, and hit the "Renew selected items" button.

Please note, MeL items may only be renewed once, and renewal is at the discretion of the lending library.

If you encounter any problems with this service, please do not hesitate to contact any one of the circulation desks.
