Does the library have dissertations or theses online? How do I search for dissertations or theses?

Answer

On the library homepage, click on the tab:  Article Databases.  Then, click on the "D" alphabetical link, and scroll down to the database, Dissertations and Theses - Full Text.  This is a database of dissertations published from 1980 forward, including 350-word abstracts written by the author.  Master's theses published from 1988 forward include 150-word abstracts.

You can use the "Advanced search" function to narrow your search to a specific author, advisor, department, or school name.
