Send all questions regarding fines to the General Libraries Form

Borrowers may pay fines and replacement fees in person at any WSU library circulation desk. All libraries accept exact cash, checks, and OneCard payments. In addition, the Purdy/Kresge Library, Shiffman Medical Library and the Adamany Undergraduate Library can accept Visa or Mastercard to pay fines.

The Library considers all legitimate concerns about library fees. Reasons that DO NOT constitute a basis for appeal are:

  • lack of knowledge of library policy
  • disagreement with library fee structure
  • inability to pay fees
  • unwillingness to take responsibility for material loaned to a third party
  • forgetting the due date
  • non-receipt or untimely receipt of library notices
  • being out of town

See link below for more information about fines.
