The Read & Publish agreement allows authors to publish their article Open Access at no cost to them in Cambridge gold and hybrid journals.

To be eligible, articles must:

  • Have a corresponding author affiliated with Wayne State University.
  • Be original research – eligible article types are research articles, review articles, rapid communications, brief reports and case reports.
  • Be accepted for publication in a Cambridge University Press journal covered by the agreement.
  • Be accepted for publication between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Authors should use their @wayne.edu  email address on any correspondence and agreements with Cambridge, to be eligible to participate in the Read & Publish program.

Authors need to complete and submit the journal’s OA author publishing agreement and select the Creative Commons license which will determine how readers can use their article. If the author has already submitted the publishing agreement, they can complete the Publish Your Article Open Access Creative Commons Form linked below.
