Wayne State University and the University Library System follow COVID-19 protocols for guest access to our campus. Guests may use our library, but you will be required to complete/follow these instructions and restrictions.

Guest are required to be fully vaccinated and masks are required to be worn in all campus buildings at all times.

1. Complete the WSU Guest Campus Screener prior to your first visit.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU FAIL the Guest Campus Screener when you complete it, you are not allowed to be on the WSU campus or in its buildings. If you fail the Guest Campus Screener, a representative from our campus health center will contact you by phone within 24 hours of this failure. IT IS IMPORTANT that you plan your initial visit ahead because it is most likely you will may not be able to come to campus immediately the first time you complete the screener and may experience a wait of 1-2 business days. Please plan your visit accordingly.

If you fail the Guest Campus Screener and are contacted by our campus representative, you will need to provide evidence that you are fully vaccinated, have had a recent negative COVID test, and are exhibiting no symptoms.

For international travelers, WSU strongly recommends that you have a COVID test 5 days after you arrive in the United States. You will need to wait two (2) weeks after arrival to visit the WSU campus or any of its buildings.

Each time you visit the WSU libraries or any campus buildings.

You will need to complete the WSU Guest Campus Screener every day you come to the WSU campus. If possible, you should bring a mobile device with your daily screener permission QR Code. Most campus buildings have readers for entry.

You are required to wear a mask at all times in the library buildings (and other buildings on campus).

Please note there are fees for parking on the street and in the campus lots. Daily parking fees in lots are $8.50-$9.50 depending on the lot selected. Parking Lot map
