When streaming films in the Teams platform, make sure you select the Include Computer Sound button at the top right of the share menu.
When streaming films in the Zoom platform, make sure you select Share Sound at the bottom of the share screen. We recommend that you do not select the Optimize for Video Clip box, we have found it degrades video quality.
