Emeritus or Emerita Faculty status is officially granted by the Office of the Provost. Individuals with this status have the same library access and privileges as full time faculty and staff.

The Emeritus Academy is open to all retired faculty, regardless of their official Emeritus/Emerita status. Membership in the Emeritus Academy does not grant full library access and privileges.

If there are questions about an individual's status and their library access and privileges, the appropriate Human Resources Region should be contacted to confirm the official status.
