The above error message occurs above when users go beyond our download limit with a database or journal. We put a limit on how much can be downloaded within a period of time to stop bots or bad actors from accessing excessive amounts of material. These rules are in place because of our agreements with the vendors who provide the materials.

If you see this message, it means you've likely gone beyond our download limit. According to EZproxy security rules, a user will be blocked if they transfer over 2GB of data within an hour.
