Yes! When you're on the Whiteboard, simply tap on the blue Sign in button on the upper-right corner of the window. You will be prompted to sign into your Wayne State account using your regular WSU credentials (Access ID and password).
- Enter your Access ID version of your email address (AB1234; not an alias version)
- When your name appears, click on it (tap with your finger)
- another window will appear, asking for your Academica Login information (again); enter your information into that window (Access ID, not full email address)
- Once signed in, you can share the Whiteboard with anyone at WSU
- sharing with editing permissions outside of WSU is not currently permitted
- This Whiteboard will be automatically saved to your files in 365 Connect
