Yes! If you share the Whiteboard with specific people, make sure to give them editing permissions (click on the icon next to the name field and make sure it's a pencil, not an eye).
You can also set the Whiteboard to be open to anyone within WSU. Here's how:
- On the gear icon next to Copy link toward the bottom of the Share window
- On next window, make sure that these two options are selected:
- People in Wayne State University
- Under More settings, make sure the first field says "Can edit"
